Shipping Policy

Pre-launch status

Checkout is not open and no orders are being accepted yet. The shipping terms below are planned for launch; final dispatch and delivery windows will be published before sales begin.

Where we ship

When checkout opens, we plan to ship to the United States only.

Fulfilment

• Once sales open, orders will be packed and dispatched directly by our supplier in China.
• Every parcel will be declared to US customs with a 10-digit HTS code; import duties are planned to be prepaid under DDP.

Delivery time

Dispatch and delivery windows will be published before checkout opens. Delivery times can vary during peak periods or customs inspection.

Duties included (DDP)

When sales open, the price is planned to include US import duties, with no additional duties collected at delivery. Final DDP terms will be published before checkout opens.

Shipping fees

Shipping will be calculated by parcel weight at checkout. The free-shipping threshold, if any, will be published at launch.

Prohibited itemsWe ship general merchandise only. Items with batteries, liquids, powders, food-contact materials, or any goods restricted by the carriers are not shipped.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an outdated or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we refund the product price (shipping excluded).
